PayPal users can not add tracking numbers due to glitch - Users getting Internal Server Error message

In the last post we talked about ehow and the glitch they currently have over on their site. Since I'm on the topic of glitches and bugs, I had to write about a bug that has been affecting PayPal as of late.

PayPal is of course what most of us who do business online use to do our online banking so I'm sure most of us have noticed the bug affecting our tracking numbers on shipments we send out. I first experienced this glitch on February 8th while I was trying to leave tracking numbers for customers. After submitting the tracking number a web page would pop up that said.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@paypal.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

After trying to clear my catch and trying to use another computer, the problem was still there. PayPal would not let me leave tracking numbers for my customers. After a little investigating I heard that PayPal was attacked, which was untrue. A friend of mine then called up PayPal himself and they told him that the glitch on PayPal has to do with the new code that they recently added to process refunds. I'm sure you have noticed these new links on your PayPal pages that say Issue a Refund. Apparently their coding has messed up our ability to add our tracking numbers for our customers. Lots of Paypal users are very upset about all of this but PayPal apparently is working on the problem as quickly as they can. Hopefully they will hurry up before a good portion of their customers head elsewhere and start using other payment checkout alternatives such as Google checkout.

I'm really loving the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any browser compatibility problems? A handful of my blog visitors have complained about my blog not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari. Do you have any advice to help fix this issue?

First of all I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I've had difficulty
clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it
just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying
to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Cheers!
